Learning more about CPR - Basic Life Support

Everyone knows what CPR is, but there's more to it than just plain resuscitation of the mouth and airways and compression of the chest. There are certain precautions you need to watch out for to ensure that it is done accurately and that no further harm or damage to the individual will result after it is performed. CPR (cardio pulmonary resustation) is such an important procedure that even normal individuals who are not working in the health care field are consistently taught to practice and learn it so it can be applied easily when there is a need. To learn more on CPR, read the article on Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation.
